Life to Life   Leave a comment

Light lifts

Making shape

Shadows shift

Winding waters waiting not

Winged ones swoop and scoop

Surrendered sacrifice surprised

Life freely given

Takes all back

Giving life again

Peace settles soul as part of Spirit’s plan

Peace   Leave a comment

Seas glisten

Laying still, they soothe

The wind has ceased

To make reflect

The Spirit’s face

From skies above

Spiritual Protection   Leave a comment

All still and quiet

Moving not

Bolt breaks blackness

Waking presence

Spirit beckons

Thunder calling

In my harbor

Safe and calm

All We Need is … Like?   Leave a comment

~Is there an epidemic of like-aholism?  ~

On a busy Commercial Street in Provincetown the other night, a friend said, “I liked your post on Facebook”

– Those who were unknowingly not addressed but within earshot, perked up and immediately turned to answer with a pride filled, “Thank you!”

– Let me never forget:  All we need is love –

Surrender to Win   Leave a comment

Humility comes from knowing that life is not a race ~

But gently pressing onward toward a goal that’s born within

Staying Centered   Leave a comment

You, dear God, the great, I AM

Here I am, camera in hand

Amazing and true how You accept

All the ways I worship You

In word, and thought, and shutter’s click

Music blaring on the beach road beats

Filling the air with the Son of a preacher man

Do they know Your golden sun

Or the promise that’s to come

So grateful that your presence louder speaks

For this moment to retreat

Use It or Lose It   Leave a comment

Some things are timeless and will always be useful.

But what’s more important to know is:

1) Choosing what to hold on to

2) What, in my life, has lived beyond its usefulness – and

3) When to let it go
